We all were able to go with Rob to the Illinois Harvest Rally in Rochelle, IL last weekend. It was so nice to be able to have a mini-vacation together before the busy camp recruiting season. I had planned to take the kids to a nearby apple orchard/petting zoo while Rob was at the Harvest Rally, but had to change our plans when the weather called for rain all day!! I found a Children's Museum in Rockford, IL (about 30 minutes away), so I took the kids there for the day. We had such a great time. I am so thankful for the fun weekend we had! Robbie looked so funny looking out through this "magnified window."
He really loved this... They had phones all over that kids could use to call other phones...Madeline loved being able to use the phone.
Robbie sat in his stroller working on this apple most of the time at the museum.
